Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

This is in Westmoreland co. My daughter's father and I have a custody order. We got back together trying to work it out when he became extremely controlling & abusive. On the 3rd he scared me, so I left at 4p, my custody time wasn't till 6p. He ending up stalking me by calling all of my friends, and looking for me. He found my car, let the air out of my tires messing them up so they won't hold air. So I didn't not go back that night. The next day he would not return my calls about our daughter, so I was still afraid to go home. At 4p he left me a voicemail stating that we could still resolve this if I contacted him today, but if not, I would be going to trial, and I was not allowed at the residence without a constable, & that I'm only allowed my stuff, not any of my daughters. At 430p I was served with a PFA from him. What would you suggest I do? PFA hearing is on the 17th.

He let the air out of yor tire ands he's filed for a PFA. I'm sure the judge is not going to be amused.

You could also file for a PFA and you could file a criminal complaint againt him for criminal mischief. He destroyed your tires.
