Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Pennsylvania

I was cited for underage drinking in a college town. The cop yelled at my back and then grabbed me and left bruises. I was stuck with a $280 ticket that I don't have the money for. I am going to court to try and get this reduced. Should I bring up the fact that I feel that I was assaulted by the cop?

I don't believe that that would help you. You might have a civil case. But, if you are simply trying to ask for a reduction from the cop, I would leave that part out. Chance are that the cope will likely be there.
