Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Pennsylvania

Class action suits against employer

I have been an employee of a non profit agency for the past 4 1/2 years. Just recently a new person was put into place to supervise our department. Since then (4 months time). 4 of the 6 African American employees have been disciplined (unlawfully) slapped with Gross Misconduct. Myself and 4 other employees work loads had quadrupled despite personal ability to handle the job while the caucasion employees jobs lightened and while others were promoted to supervisory positions and have only been working for the company for less than year. In the end two of the black employees were amicably separated one was ordered to bed rest because of stress and one was fired. While the remaining African American employees continue to be harrassed and discriminated upon. Could we start a class action suit?

Re: Class action suits against employer

A class action suit would not be appropriate because the number of affected employees is too small (6 minority employees). There is no impediment, however, to proceeding with individaul claims for each of the employeees who have suffered some tangible loss as a result of discrimination.
