Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Pennsylvania

My husband and I are separated, we have 2 houses, my daughter and I reside and 1 and he in the other... He has just lost his job and wants to sell my home to pay off bills... Can he put my house up for sale without my permission... I would like to sell both but he keeps saying only sell ours... We will have no place to live if it is sold...What are my legal rights

How are the properties titled if they are both in both names (tenants in entireties) then he would not be able to list and sign the property since both of you would have to sign such agreement. Of course he could have someone forge your signature. i would suggest you contact an attorney to discuss your overall situation.
