Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Pennsylvania

hello! i have a few questions about how to handle my situation at work. i am pregnant and i feel like my boss is trying to make me quit. she recently promoted me and demoted me multiple times and gave me "written warnings" for being out from work due to pregnancy-related issues. she took away my commission and raise that she had given me and asked me to take the day off due to my twin sister, who works with me, having some issues and getting a week suspension? she had many reasons for my sisters suspension written on paper and didnt present me with one thing that i did wrong to get the demotion that i did. Me and my sister do phone interviews all day long and my boss said that she listened to our conversations for hours because they are recorded and she didnt have one thing to bad to say to me about my performance. I just dont understand and i feel like she is backing me into a corner because she knows that i need the job and insurance. what do i do?? :(
