Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Pennsylvania

racial discrimination

I was terminated due to racial discrimination. I am a white female and my supervisor was a black male. My supervisor disqualified me of my job and with each reason that he gave me I was able to prove that I was capable. He told me I didn't weigh enough, so I went to the company nurse and was weighed, he then told me I wasn't tall enough, but my co-worker(who was a black male) was shoter than me, then he would go on to say that my arms weren't long enough...I then found out that the only employees to be laid off were me and another white female. When I said something to the agency, I was called back to work, later to be laid off again. My case is in the process of being investigated after I filed a complaint. Their are two parties involved, being that I was a temporary worker-the agency that placed me and the compamy itself. A fact finding hearing has been scheduled. I was told that I could "put an offer on the table", but I don't have an attorney, nor can I really afford one, what damages am I entitled to? This involves a leading world-wide company. Should I seek an attorny?
