Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Pennsylvania

Wrongful Termination of employment

What are my rights, if I am fired for making an error at work, when a co-worker in our very same group made the same error and did not get fired?

You really don't have any. Disparate treatment, and discrimination, is perfectly acceptable in the workplace as long as you were not discriminated against because of your race, gender, etc. And it's not enough to just say that you are a woman or that you are African American--you have to prove that the specific reason you were fired was your race/age/gender, NOT that you were fired, and you also happen to be black or a female.
