Legal Question in DUI Law in Pennsylvania
Hi, I'm 17 years old, last week i received an un underage drinking citation. I wasn't drinking, neither were any of my friends in the car. The undercovers saw us get served underage and stopped us with alchohol in the car. Will be license be suspended?
