ARD...background check
I have been accepted into the ARD program. I am in the process of applying for a new position and was wondering if this would show up on a background check. I know ARD is not a conviction but wasn't sure if something would show up in regards to ARD.
Also, once this is expunged, I will no longer have a record, correct? (Providing this is my first and ONLY offense which it will be.)

The case will probably show up as either an open case or a "disposition unknown" case. Once it is expunged from all the records (the record of the county courthouse, the state police, and the FBI) it will no longer appear in a background check.
