Legal Question in DUI Law in Pennsylvania

College underage

I was visiting my friend up in penn state on a saturday night. When we went back to her dorm room, a few of the people with us decided to smoke non medicinal mary jane. I supose one of here RAs had called the cops and they came up. I was drunk when they got there, and later blew a .14. They said if who ever had the pipe handed it over they would leave with out any problems. So the kid did, but they still breathalized us and issued citations to all who failed. I have no idea if this broke any rules. I am not trying to loose my license because of this. any advice would help.

4th amendment violations restlargely on the facts of the case. This may be your best line of defense. You also may be able to get a lawyer to negotiate a different charge (Disorderly conduct) to avoid the license suspension. I offer free consultations.
