i have a coworker a nurse LPN in pa who got a DUI and lost her drivers license she is still driving if we call the state police will the do anything

Driving on a DUI-suspended license carries a mandatory 60 to 90 day jail sentence if found guilty. I can't say whether a call to the PA State Police will make them come a-running, but if she's pulled over by either the PSP or local police, she's in some significant trouble. A phone tip just may do it though.
The real question is: do you want to do this to your co-worker? Best of luck to you, whatever the answer.
