I was taken from my home in york Pa and asked to submit to a ba test I informed to officer that i was not driving so I didnot take test. officer returned me home last night &came today and wanted me to go with him to be booked & I refused again. what can they do to me if anything

Well, since you refused the chemical test, you will likely lose your driver's license for 12 months (just for the refusal). When you get the letter from PennDOT suspending your license, you should likely file an appeal to forestall the suspension until the outcome of your upcoming DUI case.

The officer will likely file DUI charges against you, and you will get them in the mail. You will then have to appear at the magistrate for a preliminary hearing, and your case will proceed from there. Of course, the officer will have to prove you were driving.
