DUI in Pennsylvania
I was stopped for DUI and my BAC was .11 there was no accident just stopped. I know I was wrong. However, my question is will I go to jail for at least the minimum of 48hrs or more. And will I definetly lose my liscense? or is there anyway I can get a conditional one just to drive to work? Thank you in advance

If this is a first offense you almost certainly be approved for ARD. No Jail, 1 month license suspension based on the BAc you describe and costs and fees. I offer free initial consultations.
