Legal Question in DUI Law in Pennsylvania

Dui?

I was pulled over for a dui close to 3 mon. ago, I was finger printed, and also my picture was taken, also blood was drawn. The officer told me that the papper work would be sent out two weeks after, and as I said it has been three mon. what do i do? How long does the statue good for? I have also call penndot in pa to see if my lic. is still vaild which it is what to do?

The easiest thing to do is to call the police department that the incident happened in.... that is, if you want them to get on the ball and charge you!

As long as you gave them good ID and a good address, you have no repsonsibility to do too much, other than appear in Court when summoned.

Do nothing. Stay off the phone. Hope they forget and worry about it if they file charges. The statute of limitations is two years.
