Legal Question in DUI Law in Pennsylvania

dui underage

i just got 8 counts against me including dui...underage...and other summary charges. i have court friday but im young dont know what to do or how to plea cant afford a lawyer. someone help please. its my first offense so i just dont know what to do.

If you cannot afford a lawyer the papers you were given for court should give the instructions on applying for a public defender. Do not pleade guilty, as a first offender you should be eligible for ARD which carries a significantly lower license suspension.

You can't afford NOT to have a lawyer. There may be issues that you could successfully challenge, and there may be things that a lawyer do to help you. You have admitted that you don't know what to do...a lawyer does know what to do.
