Does and expungement happen automatically?
My daughter received an underage DUI in December 2006. She completed the ARD program and her 18 month probation is finished. We were told that her record would be expunged a few months after her probation was finished. Does this happen automatically or do we have to file for this? Also, how would we check to see if it has be expunged?

It depends on your county. From your zip code it looks like you live in one of the counties that has to FILE for expungement. Give our offices a call or e-mail me directly. We offer reasonable rates for this service.
