if i miss a dui court hearing and go to pre trial serves to get my warrant cleared will i be held in custody

It is going to depend on the judge. It is also going to depend on the situation that resulted in you missing your court date. As long as you tell the judge the truth you should be okay. Also, i would recommend going there with a lawyer, because he could help explain your situation and as the judge for mercy on your behalf.
