Legal Question in DUI Law in Pennsylvania

Pa dui

I had a DUI in NJ in 94...Recently got one in PA in 07 - Have no tickets, documentation, etc. from the police. Stopped for doing 38 in a 25mph, taken to station & blew 6-8 times...some results were 000, some were ridiculously high. Had 3 beers hours before (use albuterol contalntly for athsma.). Released & picked up by a friend. Have not heard anything from anyone since. Live in NJ; Don't currently drive, have a car, etc. Recently had lengthy hopitalization for full renal failure/ unemployed/ state aid/ mounting healthcare debt. What are my options? Can I expect a knock on my door? Very concerned. Thanks in advance.

Re: Pa dui

This is a tough one to answer without further info...you can generally get info about warrants from the clerk of the court you were arraigned in.

If you are frightened to physically go yourself then you could hire an attorney just to research it for you

You should talk to a private attorney right away. There may be some issues with your breath test and the prescription drug issues that could help your cause. Feel free to call me on my direct line 267.639.3105, or e-mail me at [email protected].
