Legal Question in DUI Law in Pennsylvania

PA DUI Statue of Limitations

A year and a few days ago I was arrested for DUI. I was taken to the processing station, fingerprinted, my blood was taken and a sobriety test was administered, mug shots were taken, the whole 9. Since then, though, I haven't heard a word about it. I was just wondering what the statute of limitations is in PA for receiving a court date. Thanks.

Re: PA DUI Statue of Limitations

You will definitely hear about it, or you already have and maybe you moved or had a different address. Give me a call on my direct line and I'll run you through the system to see if there is anything pending. Obviously, it's totally confidential if you call. -Danny Cevallos, 267.639.3105, www.cevalloswong.com
