Legal Question in DUI Law in Pennsylvania

Trying to get off Probation?

I've been on county probation for four years now. I went and paid all my fines and did rest things I had to do. And now he and my public defender won't come through. And I got another question for about my drivers license. I applied for a probationary license but they denied it. So what can I do from here on in.

Re: Trying to get off Probation?

A petition to terminate probation must be filed to present your situation to the Judge overseeing your probation.

A denial of a PL by Penn DOT can be appealed administratively. Eligibility for a PL is very restricted. I can provide a second opinion for a small analysis fee, if you provide me with a copy of your 10 year driving record and a copy of your restoration requirements letter.
