Legal Question in DUI Law in Pennsylvania

Received DUI under an existing DUI suspension in PA.

I was arrested in Sept of 03' and Dec 03' for DUI. The second in Dec. I refused the breathalizer. I went to court in June 04' and was charged with two first offenses. My punishment was two weekends in county jail, and a three year license suspension to be followed by a 1 year ignition interlock suspension. This past Friday I was arrested again for DUI but was still on suspension for my prior DUI's. I am very frightened of my consequences, was very close to the 1 year interlock suspension. Which would have saved me from going through this all over again. I am trying to get an idea of what my punishment, suspension will be know. Since the first DUI's I was charged with were two first offenses, this should only be technically my second offense?
