statue of limitations

i was involved in a car accident in sept 05 which wasnt my fault i was arrested for a possible dui and lieing to police after taking blood processing me etc i was released that night i never went to court but they are on my record pending can they still charge me or is the limitations up

How is it on your record if you were never charged??

They have 2 years to file the charge, and one year from then to get you to trial.

You need to let an attorney look at what if anything was filed and the status of the case to advise you how to proceed if at all.
