Underage Drinking charges dropped

My underage drinking charges were filed then dropped, can my insurance company still use that against me legaly 6 months to a year later?

What do you mean they were dropped, did you plead guilty to another count or criminal charge, did you plead to ARD....if the charges were summarily dismissed then no, they can't do what your stating, because you were never convicted or you never plead guilty to any criminal charge. You need to retain legal counsel as soon as possible to resolve this situation.
