Legal Question in DUI Law in Pennsylvania

underage drinking parties

My 16 year old daughter was caught at a party with alcohol.

She weighs 100 lbs had 1 beer and was tested at .02 BAC.

Should I just her take the punishment-90days loss of license etc. or is there something I can do legally?

She was not driving but this apparently is a criminal office.

You should not accept this 90 days, she may be eligible for ARD, a program designed to rehabilitate first time offenders. Email me at [email protected] and I may be able to help you out.
