Legal Question in Education Law in Pennsylvania
If caught what are the penalties of sending a child who lives in the city of Pittsburgh , PA to a shool in the suburbs. Obviously, claiming the child lives at the address of a family member in the suburbs would be the lie. But what are the penalties if caught?
