Re: discriminated in high school

I presume you are in the Wilkes-Barre Area School District. Your child is entitled to a free appropriate public education (FAPE) and should be free from discrimination. In order to make a determination whether your son has been denied a FAPE or been discriminated against, I would need more information and documentation.

Feel free to contact me to discuss. My contact information is on my website, www.charlesweinerlaw.com

Incidentally, I'm a former coal cracker having been born and raised in Kingston and attended WVW.
