Unless you have a power of atorney signed by your wife while she was completent you will have difficulty taking care of her affairs. The legal approach would be to be appointed guardian of her person and estate. This is difficult to accomplish without an attorney and in any event would involve a petition to the Court to be appointed Guardian. I suggest you contact an attorney to help you accomplish this goal.
