Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

# 1 unmarried couple with a child in common, bio father became disabled 2012, on SSD. Child in common is disabled due to bone disease collecting his own SSI. Child discontinued his SSI voluntarily 2017 even though physical disability continues, can he now file for past derivative payments as stated in 2012 order? Child support arrears have been satisfied. #2 Is there a statute of limitations on filing for palimony, I was with bio father 11 years, never applied for palimony due to his threats, sentenced 2 yrs in county jail. I received a head injury due to domestic violence, prior occupation Paralegal, I am on SSI because I stayed home to tend to our child and had no passed 5 year income for SSD. Can I now apply for palimony since he moved to W. VA and poses no physical threat at this time?
