after 6 years of being divorced I just discovered a QDRO was not written for my husbands pension and I am now eligible for it....what can I do?

Get a family law attorney to draft a QDRO for you. These have to be carefully drafted to comply with the plan administrator's rules; its not something you can do on your own. It should not be all that expensive for a family law attorney to do it.
