Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Trying to adopt..plz help

my wife and I were married @ 1yr ago and I would like to adopt her 2 daughters. I need to know what R my options, how do I go about finding a lawyer in my area. I was givin a figure of how much it would probably be. what if I do not have all the money now.

You need to contact your local bar association and they can refer you to a lawyer. The terms of payment will have to be worked out with the individual lawyer.
