child support

I rasied my son for 14yrs he moved with his father a year ago Iam now paying support $80 a week. I am in a new relationship just had a baby and have an 11yr old daughter we can not afford daycare is there any way to get my support lowered, and would they hold my new boyfriend responsible for paying if I am not working?
