Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Child Support

my spouse is being sued for child support. will the courts include my salary and if so how do they calculate the amount given to the plaintiff? Also, my spouse wants a paternity test however, we were told that if he signed the birth certificate he lost his right to an paternity test. is this true?

Re: Child Support

Your income will probably not be included in his income however it may be factor on what he can afford to pay. This depends on the jurisdiction. Paternity test should be allowed, he definetely needs legal counsel.
