Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

child support

My wife and I reconciled and have been living together under the same roof for one year. I still pay child support because my wife refuses to remove it. Must I continue to pay child support?

Re: child support

You could file for a modification of the support order. Assuming you been paying for housing, food and the like for the children your wife will have to justify keeping the order in place to the DRO.

If you have any questions feel free to contact me. The initial consultation is free.

Re: child support

Yes until the court changes the Order.

You need to file a petition to modify the support order.

Good luck to you.
