I have a child with a woman in Wayne County, PA but because she was married, her husband is listed as the father on the birth certificate because of PA laws. What do I need to do to be legally recognized as the father so I can have visitation, pay child support, etc.?

You would need to bring an action for paternity. You should discuss all if the ramifications with an attorney.
