Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

College for my teen

My children are wondering, we live in PA, and there is no order for college support (after the child support). Can a child, in college, take a parent to court to help pay for college osts? If so how would they go about this?

No. There used to be a statute that allowed for child support for college, however it was declared unconstitutional by the PA Supreme Court.
