Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Does a custodial parent with primary physical custody and joint legal custody of a minor child have a legal right to know where the non custodial parent lives in the state of PA? If NCP refuses to give their address, what documents can be filed in order to force them to give this information?

Having legal custody of a child usually includes knowing where the child lives with the noncustodial parent. If the noncustodial parent will not share with the custodial parent where the child lives with the noncustodial parent, then the custodial parent should file a petition for contempt of the custody in addition to filing a petition for relief asking the court to compel the noncustodial parent to review the address where he/she lives.
