Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

I have custody of my 2 children. My ex-husband & I have a verbal agreement regarding visitation: he's unemployed & will take the kids every weekend. When he works, he will take them every other weekend. However, he's an alcoholic (there is proof of this as he's had a DUI, been in rehab, and was fired for drinking on the job). He goes on binges several times a year where he will drink non-stop for 2-3 months straight. When he does this, I don't take the kids to see him. My question is: Is there any way I can get the court to intervene regarding his drinking?
