Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

custody laws in PA

I have a 8yr daughter whose mother moved her out of state to NJ approximatly 6 yrs ago. I never argued it but didnt agree with it, now her mother is doing everything in her power to make sure that i am not a part of her life. She is married now and is trying to have her husband take over the father position. I never consented to her moving out of state and i share joint legal custody, can i fight to get her back in PA?

Re: custody laws in PA

You had the right to object up to about 6 months after the move. If you didn't it is considered that you waived your objections to the move.
