Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

I have custody of my 16 year old nephew. My sister who is his mother wants to inforce a court order from 2008 all of a sudden. The court order was for her to have him 1 weekend a month. He does not want anything to do with her. Since he is 16 years old, what are his options.
