custudy

my sons mother has decided not to follow the court order for my visitations what can i do?

The order was written on sept 30th

thats when we saw the judge for contempt and coustudy

You will have to file another petition for contempt. I am assuming neither party is represented by a lawyer.

The judge is not going to be happy that his order is being disobeyed so soon.
