Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

my deadbeat husband is returning to Ireland rather than pay child support. we are still legally married. he has lived and worked here legally since 1996. Who do I need to contact to ensure support payments when he goes on public welfare back in Ireland? Are my kids entitled to his social security now?

Without knowing more, bring enforcement proceedings in the Court where the order was issued. If he is in arrears, his passport can be required to be held by the Courts. Don't wait.

I need to know more.

Call me at 215-370-2608. My cell.

No charge for a phone consultation.

I am assuming that this is in Montgomery County PA where I also reside.

(In fact, I will be there this afternoon! )

Give me a call. Let's talk.

Best wishes,
