Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

need divorce info for inmate

my friend is incarcerated in PA state institution. his estranged wife filed for divorce. he returned the letter requesting counseling be set up, asking for corrections of erroneous information and also appointment of a master to litigate personal property. what can he expect next? it is my understanding that any errors will be corrected and that he will be re-served. can they try to let this slip through the two-year statutory mark to pull one over on him because he is incarcerated? what is the next step?

He needs to retain counsel. Nothing will slip by if he has a set of eyes at the Courthouse.

What county is the divorce filed? There are different rules in different counties.
