Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Divorce settlement

One of the stipulations of my wife's and her ex-husband's divorce settlement is that their daughter be with her mother on Mother's Day and her father on Father's Day. Last Mother's Day weekend he took her to DisneyLand with his new family and this year he's taking them all to the Bahamas. Being that this is a violation of their agreement, what course of action can my wife take?

Re: Divorce settlement

I would suggest that she have an attorney send him a letter, reminding him of the terms of the Order. One solution could be that she permits it, this last time this year, in exchange for make up time on another weekend. Of course, she always has the recourse to file a contempt petition with the court if they cannot work it out.
