Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

divorce

my wife came home from vacation, said she wanted a divorce.she moved out 2 days later. before she left i wrote a piece of paper and signed saying i would give her 10 grand within 2 weeks of finalization of our divorce.after she moved out i found out she was cheating on me while we were married.i wrote the paper, because she told me she was leaving because she told me she was leaving because i with held some info from her. i have hpv, genital warts.after she left i checked her cell phone records, turns out she had a boyfriend for at least six months, while we were married. does this violate the paper i signed?is that piece of paper a binding contract?i am looking for a divorce lawyer in the norristown, collegeville area.

Re: divorce

I am more than happy to discuss your case on a free initial basis.

The letter to her is probably only and offer which can be withdrawn before acceptance. In that event, all you need do is communicate to her in writing that the offer is withdrawn as it was obtained by fraud.
