Divorce;parties in different states/ unable to locate spouse.

I have not lived with my husband since 1991.

received full custody of childern in Va, 1994.

I want to file divorce but do not know the exact location of husband. Where do i begin?

You can obtain a divorce. Pennsylvania has provisions for advertising where one of the spouses can not be located. However, I do suggest that you use your best efforts to obtain his address. Does he pay support? That may be a way to trace him if you have his social security number. I suggest you consult an attorney who can better assist you in this matter.
