domestic relations confidentiality

Is it legal for my Domestic Relations officer (I am the plaintiff) to inform my ex every time I call or write to complain about nonpayment of support.

Re: domestic relations confidentiality

Maybe they're checking to see if he hasn't paid or why he hasn't. Its nice to know they're checking. The alternative is they do nothing when you complain.

If you have any questions feel free to contact me. The initial consultation is free.
