emancipation of a minor

im am 16 years old in the state of PA i want to move in with my friend who is 20 could i get emancipated and if so what legal actions would i have to take

You asked about emancipation.

Two things. First, emancipation isn't easy. Second, the state would have a problem if the friend relationship is anything more than a platonic relationship.

Seriously, I sympathize with you and don't deny that this is a potential solution for you. You need to seek counseling from a licensed therapist and a child advocate.
