You'll need to file a petition to modify custody. I'm assuming there is already if not you need to file a Custody Complaint.

The good news is that under the new custody law you ex husband has committed an offense that is enumerated in the custody statute. Which means you can ask that there be an evaluation of that offense.

While the evaluation will not preclude him from seeing the children it may allow that such visits be supervised.

If you have any questions feel free to contact me. The initial consultation is free.
