My fathers life insurance money is supposed to go to my sister and i, because my mom and he got divorced. If she tries to get the divorced nullified somehow, is it likely for the judge to approve it ? He was admitted on a psych hold over 7 years ago because of addiction to pain killers and alcohol. We are in Pennsylvania

Nullifying a divorce is very difficult and doesn't seem like it would be a concern.
