Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

federal seach and locate warrent

my son has moved out of state and has just gotten a job he wants his support payroll deduction,but there tell me they have put a FRDERAL SEARCH AND LOCATE WARRENT out now he is afraid to give them the address of his work for if they pick him up there he will lose his job and then can,t pay again.plz.let me know what you think he is not trying to get out of paying but doesn,t know what this means and how to handel it.
